As a birth doula, I am dedicated to providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to expecting mothers and their partners before, during, and after childbirth. I believe in the power of personal advocacy and empowerment during the childbirth journey.
Prenatal Support
I offer comprehensive prenatal support to expectant mothers, including helping them understand their birth options, creating birth plans, and providing evidence-based information to aid them in making informed decisions.
Continuous Labor Support
During labor and birth, I provide unwavering support, comfort measures, and guidance to expectant mothers and their partners. Whether it's offering massage, suggesting different positions, or simply being a calming presence, I am there to ensure that the birthing Mother feels supported and empowered throughout the process.
Postpartum Care
After the birth, I continue to offer support by assisting with establishing breastfeeding, providing resources for postpartum recovery, and aiding in the overall adjustment into parenthood.

I advocate for informed decision-making and aim to foster a supportive and respectful birthing environment. Birth Doula Package $850
Package Includes
Free no obligation consultation. A chance for us to meet and get to know one another. We can discuss your birth plan and desired wishes.
2 prenatal visits- Your preference , on location. In home, local meet up , or I could accompany you to your DR or midwife appointment. This will give us a chance to become more acquainted.
Continual support via email, text or phone from hire date to 6 weeks postpartum.
Onset of labor continual support through birth and first few hours post delivery.
